On Dec 31.2011 my desktop computer was working fine other than I could not get the screensaver to work, so I called Coxtechsolutions.com, which I pay 414.99 for their services, and talked to a Customer Service Woman on the East Coast in the Boston Area, told her my problem and she said she would take care of it, and she took control of my home computer, what ever she did she blacked out my computer, and was unable to use it, I called COX back and told them of it, they refused to send a tech to my home to see what the problem was unless I payed them a $200.00 Service Charge, which I said I would not do, it was their fault and they should provide the service call FREE, the said no, COX also told me that I needed to take my computer to the Repair Shop, or purchase a New Computer, which you know is expensive. They offered no futher assistance, contacting me nothing what so ever. I was so pissed being without the computer on Jan 2,2012 I know nothing about a computer when it has problems, I sat and played with the computer, and got it working again by myself, I am 70 years old, disabled and have Multiple Sclerosis, I told COX this, which made no difference to them. I have the complete COX package which is a little under $200,00 a month, point being when there is a problem, COX will do nothing to correct it, I will soon be looking for another provider, but they are all the same, who can you get Customer Service from with out paying a hugh service call fee........Anyone considering having COX Communications as your provider, BEWARE. I live in Las Vegas, NV and YES I am PISSED......... 128f8a2
