I paid $99 to have a Tech 'take control' of my computer to fix it. They crashed the hard drive and ruined my computer. I was told a Senior Tech Representative would call me between 5 and 6 PM to discuss". No one called/. Every time I phoned them, I got someone in a different state who knew nothing about it?. Although promised, no notes were made in my file:. When I called today to follow-up, I was told that it could be 24-48 hours before a Manager could call me back,. This is horrible service.. They need to send their technicians for more training and certainly more training in customer service:. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone:. i keep telling my customers(after they have this or similar experience with remote fix), the proper way to fix your computer is to find a local repair shop that do onsite service calls, lots of them are quality techs and have reasonable prices compare to nation-wide sweat shops that give service calls to "pizza" delivery boys for fraction of the price that customer gets charged and hoping that they would fix their computer problems,
